Welcome to the Best Innovation in AI & Digital Health in Infectious Diseases Submission Page

This recognizes outstanding innovation leveraging artificial intelligence, digital health technologies, or data-driven

solutions to improve infectious diseases prevention, diagnosis, treatment, surveillance, or stewardship.

Eligibility

  • Open to clinicians, researchers, data scientists, pharmacists, microbiologists, public health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Submissions must be original work.

  • The work may be pilot, implementation-based, or research-focused.

  • Previously published work is allowed.

Scope of Submissions

Projects may include (but are not limited to):

  • AI-driven diagnostic tools

  • Machine learning models for antimicrobial stewardship

  • Predictive outbreak modeling

  • Digital surveillance systems

  • Clinical decision support systems

  • Tele-ID platforms

  • Big data analytics in infectious diseases

  • Digital vaccine tracking or public health monitoring tools

Structured abstract (maximum 350 words):

Deadline of submissions: 1 OCTOBER 2026

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation and originality

  • Scientific rigor or technical robustness

  • Clinical or public health impact

  • Scalability and sustainability

  • Practical applicability

  • Alignment with the conference theme

A panel of experts will evaluate all submissions based on the criteria above.

  • Accepted posters will be presented during the 5th KSA ID Week on 6-8 November 2026.

  • Top-selected projects will be invited for oral presentations during the Congress.

Winning projects will receive the "Best Innovation in AI & Digital Health Award" to be presented during the closing ceremony.

Main Presenter / Author Details

The main presenter or presenting author is the submitter and is responsible for presenting their abstract at the KSA ID Week Conference as part of the scientific program.
