Thank you for your interest in submitting your Best Innovation in AI Projects at the 5th KSA ID Week Conference. Kindly review the submission guidelines carefully and ensure full compliance with the submission requirements, conditions, and terms of acceptance.

Scope of Submissions

Projects may include (but are not limited to):

  • AI-driven diagnostic tools

  • Machine learning models for antimicrobial stewardship

  • Predictive outbreak modeling

  • Digital surveillance systems

  • Clinical decision support systems

  • Tele-ID platforms

  • Big data analytics in infectious diseases

  • Digital vaccine tracking or public health monitoring tools

Submission Format

  • Please submit a structured abstract of no more than 350 words, covering the following sections:
    Background, Objectives, Methods/Technology Description, Results/Outcomes, and Impact and Future Applications.

  • Ensure the abstract title is typed in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS, and carefully review it for any typographical errors, misspellings, or incorrect punctuation (e.g., hyphenation).

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation and originality

  • Scientific rigor or technical robustness

  • Clinical or public health impact

  • Scalability and sustainability

  • Practical applicability

  • Alignment with the conference theme

A panel of experts will evaluate all submissions based on the criteria above.

  • Accepted projects will be presented during the 5th KSA ID Week on 6-8 November 2026.

  • Top-selected projects will be invited for oral presentations during the Conference.

Winning projects will receive the "Best Innovation in AI & Digital Health Award" to be presented during the closing ceremony.

Terms of Acceptance

By submitting your abstract to the 5th Annual KSA ID Week, you agree to the following terms

  • Abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and selected abstracts will be accepted for e-poster presentation and/or oral presentation.

  • If accepted, you will be required to register and complete payment to confirm your participation and inclusion in the official program.

  • All accepted abstracts must be prepared according to the specifications that will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified or withdrawn.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not meet scientific or formatting standards.

Main Presenter / Author Details

The main presenter or presenting author is the submitter and is responsible for presenting their abstract at the KSA ID Week Conference as part of the scientific program.

Important: Review all the details of your abstract before submitting.

Please provide a concise overview of your research, including the background, objectives, methods/technology description, results/outcomes, and impact & future applications. The content must be clear, well-structured, and limited to 350 words, written in English.

Type in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS. Abstract Title can no longer be 100 words.
