As part of the 5th KSA ID WEEK 2026

“Infectious Diseases in a Changing World: Innovation, Response, and Transformation”

We are pleased to invite healthcare professionals, researchers, and students to participate in the ID Awareness Photography & Art Contest!

Participants are encouraged to creatively interpret themes such as:

• Antimicrobial resistance (AMR)

• Infection prevention and control

• Emerging infectious threats

• One Health & environmental impact

• Climate-sensitive infections

• Innovation in infectious diseases

• Infectious diseases care

Categories:

1. Photography

2. Drawing / Illustration / Digital Art

• Artwork must be original

• Submissions must align with the conference theme

• A short description (maximum 150 words) explaining the concept is required

• Images must be submitted in high-resolution digital format (JPEG or PNG)

• Accepted submissions will be displayed as posters (maximum A3 size).

• Submission Deadline: 1 OCTOBER 2026

• Submissions must not include identifiable patient images.

• If healthcare settings are depicted, confidentiality and privacy must be strictly respected.

• No protected health information or identifiable institutional data should be visible.

• Any staged or simulated scenarios must be clearly non-identifiable.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude submissions that do not comply with ethical standards.
