You are invited to submit an original abstract for poster presentation. Please follow the guidelines when submitting the abstract. You must be registered to attend the conference to submit an abstract.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please familiarize yourself with the submission guidelines before presenting your abstract.

Only abstracts submitted through the online submission form will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee
All abstracts must be written in clear English
Authors presenting the abstract must be registered and have paid the participation fees
The presenting authors must ensure that all co-authors are aware that their study has been submitted and presented at the conference
The presenting authors must ensure that all co-authors are informed about the abstract's content before presenting at the conference
Abstracts must be submitted within the specified deadline; any late submissions will not be accepted
The committee reserves the right to extend the deadline of the abstract submission

Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 12 October 2025
Display of E-posters: 8-9 November 2025

SUBMIT ABSTRACT

E-POSTER GUIDELINES

Once you receive your acceptance notification via email, you may begin preparing your e-poster for display.
Posters will be showcased on vertical digital screens in a dedicated area within the exhibition and networking space from 8–9 November 2025.
Please ensure your e-poster follows the required e-poster specifications below:
Size: 1920px (Height) x 1080px (Width)
Orientation: Portrait / Vertical
File Format: Submit in both PDF and JPG formats

POSTER EVALUATION

A dedicated poster evaluation session will be held on 8 November 2025 (Time: TBA) as part of the official conference program.
Appointed evaluators will visit the poster display area to assess each accepted e-poster.
Presenting authors are strongly encouraged to be present at their assigned poster section during the evaluation period to ensure their participation is not missed.

POSTER RECOGNITION

The poster award ceremony will take place on 9 November 2025 (Time: TBA) as part of the official conference program.
Special recognition and prizes will be awarded to the top three highest-scoring posters.
All presenting authors are strongly encouraged to remain in the meeting room during the ceremony to personally receive their awards.
