You are invited to submit an original abstract for poster and oral presentation.

Please follow the guidelines when submitting the abstract. You must be registered to attend the conference to submit an abstract.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Please familiarize yourself with the submission guidelines before presenting your abstract.

  • Only abstracts submitted through the online submission form will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee

  • All abstracts must be written in clear English

  • Authors presenting the abstract must be registered and have paid the participation fees

  • The presenting authors must ensure that all co-authors are aware that their study has been submitted and presented at the conference

  • The presenting authors must ensure that all co-authors are informed about the abstract's content before presenting at the conference

  • Abstracts must be submitted within the specified deadline; any late submissions will not be accepted

  • The committee reserves the right to extend the deadline of the abstract submission.

  • Opening of Abstract Submission: 15 July 2026

  • Deadline of Abstract Submission: 1 October 2026

  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 10 October 2026

  • Display of E-posters: 7-8 November 2026

  • Poster Evaluation: 7-8 November 2025

  • Poster Recognition / Awarding: 9 November 2025

  • Selected Oral Presenters will present as part of the scientific program on 9 November 2026.

Abstract Guideline

  • Provide a concise summary of your research that clearly outlines the purpose, methodology, and key findings. This serves as a brief introduction to your study.

  • The abstract should be approximately 300 words in length.

  • Ensure the abstract title is typed in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS, and carefully review it for any typographical errors, misspellings, or incorrect punctuation (e.g., hyphenation).

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Submission Conditions

  • All accepted abstracts for the 5th Annual KSA ID Week will be presented in the form of electronic posters (e-posters) only.

  • The committee will select outstanding abstracts to be presented orally as part of the conference main scientific program.

  • The presenting author must be registered and have completed payment in order for the abstract to be presented and published in the official program.

  • Submitted abstracts are final and cannot be modified or withdrawn after submission.

  • Detailed specifications for preparing the e-poster will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Presenting authors will receive a discount on the registration fee, and a promo code will be sent via email upon acceptance of the abstract.

Post Submission

  • The deadline for abstract submission is 1 October 2026.

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email within 3 to 5 days after the submission deadline.

  • Any extension to the submission deadline, if recommended by the scientific committee, will be communicated through the official newsletter and social media channels.

Terms of Acceptance

By submitting your abstract to the 5th Annual KSA ID Week, you agree to the following terms:

  • Abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and selected abstracts will be accepted for e-poster presentation only.

  • If accepted, you will be required to register and complete payment to confirm your participation and inclusion in the official program.

  • All accepted abstracts must be prepared according to the e-poster specifications that will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified or withdrawn.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not meet scientific or formatting standards.

Presenting Author Information

The presenting author is the abstract submitter and is responsible for presenting the e-poster during the poster evaluation session at the conference.

Abstract Details

Your abstract should provide a concise overview of your research, including the objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion. The content must be clear, well-structured, and limited to 300 words, written in English.

Type in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS. Abstract Title can no longer be 100 words.
Abstracts must be written in narrative form, text-formatted, and limited to a maximum of 300 words. Please review carefully for typographical errors and misspellings.

Co- Author Details

Please list a maximum of five (5) co-authors involved in the abstract. In the event of any last-minute changes, only one of the listed co-authors may be appointed as the new presenting author. The original presenting author will remain the primary point of contact for all communications regarding the abstract and poster presentation.
