  • Display of IPC Projects: 7-8 November 2026

  • Top-selected projects will be invited for oral presentations as part of the conference scientific program.

  • The committee reserves the right to extend deadlines. Any updates will be announced via social media and email.

Ethical Considerations

  • Submissions must not include identifiable patient images.

  • If healthcare settings are depicted, confidentiality and privacy must be strictly respected.

  • No protected health information or identifiable institutional data should be visible.

  • Any staged or simulated scenarios must be clearly non-identifiable.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude submissions that do not comply with ethical standards.

Submission Guidelines

  • Artwork must be original

  • Submissions must align with the conference theme

  • A short description (maximum 150 words) explaining the concept is required

  • Images must be submitted in high-resolution digital format (JPEG or PNG)

  • Accepted submissions will be displayed as posters (maximum A3 size).

  • Submission Deadline: 1 OCTOBER 2026

  • Professional title

  • Institutional affiliation

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Terms of Acceptance

By submitting your abstract to the 5th Annual KSA ID Week, you agree to the following terms:

  • Artworks will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and selected artworks must be in line with the ethical considerations otherwise will be rejected.

  • If accepted, you will be required to register and complete payment to confirm your participation and inclusion in the official program.

  • All accepted artworks must be prepared according to the specifications that will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Once submitted, artworks cannot be modified or withdrawn.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to reject artworks that do not meet the general criteria of the contest.
